 | Yes - Section 23 of the Insolvency Act you may follow any profession or occupation, but you may not be employed by a general dealer or a manufacturer, or do business as such, for the duration of your sequestration without the written consent of your trustee. If the trustee refuses such consent, you may appeal to the Master, whose decision will be final. Please note that certain professions might have specific legislation that applies, which might exclude insolvents from that profession / occupation. |
